The brand is nationally recognized and has won numerous awards thanks to its careful craftsmanship in an area that lacks both media and marketing support. The brand’s massive outreach has more than 1,000 leading sustainable clients, as well as media partnerships with leading national and international organizations

MACAI GALANG
PRESIDENT | ASSOCIATE PUBLISHER
The Nemophilist’s veteran has devoted her last six years to developing a strong account management, sales, and business development team. In this time, Macai has seen exciting growth and opportunity in both the industry and the brand. Working with the most powerful and passionate leaders in sustainability, she has created strong connections with partners and clients that have expanded the brand in a short time.

ELIZA CRISTOBAL
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Eliza is a graduate of Environmental Studies and Sustainability. A born and raised Filipina, she immersed herself in nature from a young age and developed a passion for the outdoors, which blossomed into a career path geared towards environmental preservation. Her main areas of interest include food systems, waste diversion, and community outreach. She is now a Senior Account Manager in our content marketing department where she specializes in helping clients showcase their sustainable solution in our publication.

VANESSA WON
EDITORIAL Â TEAM | CHIEF EDITOR
Vanessa has been the chief editor of The Nemophilist  since April 2005. Before coming to The Nemophilist, she worked as a freelance writer for 10 years, including six years as a contract reporter for the New York Times.  She also worked in book publishing and interactive advertising in New York for 12 years before returning to graduate school to obtain her doctorate in architectural history in 2011.

GEANNE LI
EDITORIAL TEAM | MANAGING EDITOR
Geanne is The Nemophilist’s managing editor, a position she has held since 2010. Her first job out of college was as a senior architect for a known architectural firm in Singapore. She gave that up to write, though, and spent the next 10 plus years working her way up at National Geographic—finishing out her career there as editor in chief of National Geographic Traveler.Â
